Tina Colayco

Florentina (Tina) Colayco is currently the President of the Metropolitan Museum of Manila. Her professional experience draws from over 30 years as an educator, museum administrator, curator, designer, and book publisher. She continues to be involved in art and design education as a professor and a former dean of the College of Fine Arts at the University of the Philippines. She took up BA in Humanities at the University of the Philippines, College of Arts and Letters, and earned an art history degree minor in studio arts from Fordham University in New York. She later pursued a postgraduate degree in Graphic Communications Technology and Management from New York University.
Colayco founded a niche publishing company, ArtPostAsia Inc, in 2000 which produces coffee table books on Southeast Asian and Philippine art, design, photography, heritage and traditions, and the environment. She has served in several juror panels
