The following photographs will not be accepted for being illegal, unethical, and harmful: child exploitation and abuse, harmful to others or related to self-harm, malicious and deceptive practices, photos that violate personal and confidential information of third-parties and such other photographs are not allowed by law or morals.

The following photographs will also not be accepted: photographs that infringe upon others’ intellectual properties or an individual’s privacy (including but not limited to any type of audio, video, biometric, spatial captures or recordings taken without subject’s permission), and unauthorized copies or reproductions of artwork.

After the competition, and in case you do not win in the competition, you may request for deletion of all your personal data from our server.
