Members of Aplha Phi Omega International joined on the Annual Oblation Run event with the theme Sa Aming Sariling Landas (On Our Own Path) is the theme for this year's Ritual Dance of the Brave. The fraternity has chosen to highlight freedom of expression and the people's right to determine their own destiny at Palma Hall in University of the Philippines on February 7, 2019. The Obletion Run usually held on or a few days before the date of the Lantern Parade, which always fall on the same week as the international founding date of APO on December 16. Since the shift in the UP academic calendar in 2014, the date of the Run drifted towards late November to early December.
