“Luntian at Pula” gives homage to the people who create vibrance to the UP community. The symbolic nature of the colors are embodied by activists, students, professors, workers, manininda, and jeepney drivers among many.

The UP campus is home. Sometimes a place, but first and foremost an identity. It bears witness to the personal and political history of the Filipino people from all walks of life. It is worth coming back when the dust settles and the paint dries.
